Our 5,000 sq. ft. banquet hall will seat between 350 & 400 people and the adjacent patio and gazebo area accommodate even more.  The nearby pub and kitchen facilities--and the 62 rooms and suites--will be more than adequate to suit the needs of your large group.

DVL is not responsible for inclement weather on the day of an event.   In case of inclement weather DVL meeting room may be used as a back-up site, if available when booking.  If the Event Coordinator is notified 30 hours in advance the ceremony may be moved to a different location (on-site or off-site).  If a back-up site is used the Gazebo Rental fee will not be charged unless special measures have been taken.  The Chair Rental Fee will not be charged if the chairs have not been moved out of storage. DVL does not supply officiate and accepts all faiths & religions.

White Wedding Chairs $2.75  (Deer Valley sets up & takes down)*

  *Deer Valley Lodge Banquet Facility has access to 300 white outdoor wedding chairs.  For weddings exceeding 300 people, the couple is responsible for providing and setting up the remaining chairs.

Room Block Information

Deer Valley Lodge provides a free standard room to the bride & groom with a reception book at the Lodge to be used on the night of their wedding.   The couple may upgrade to a suite if they choose for the price differences of the rooms.

Deer Valley Lodge competitively prices all rooms with a focus on quality and value.  Unfortunately, additional discounts in relation to blocks are not available. For couples with a booked wedding reception on-site room blocks will start at 15 rooms.  After the 15 rooms are booked, rooms can be added in increments of 5.
All unreserved rooms in a block expire a month prior to the reservation date.

Banquet Hall Rental Items Available:

Beverage Fountain ~ $25
Buy four gallons of punch and rent the Fountain for only $15

Serve up something fancy with this ornate beverage fountain. The fountain holds three gallons of punch or champagne, which cascades in rivulets from three clear beveled tiers. Unique patented freezer ring keeps beverages cool while LED lights on the base create an ambient glow that will highlight your event. (3 Gallons minimum)

Indoor White Gazebo ~ $20
Decorated Indoor White Gazebo ~ $40

This indoor Gazebo can add something special to any event whether you place it in a corner, put your cake inside it, or get married in it.. Decorate it yourself or have Deer Valley Lodge do the work for you.  Decorated Gazebos come with white netting, bows and white lights.

Wow your guests with a stunning head table.  Decorated Head Tables includes white Satin, pearl edged bows, draped white netting, and white lights. Set-up and take down included.
 

16" Round Mirrors ~ $2.50 each

Mirrors are the perfect addition to any centerpiece.  Deer Valley Lodge has 40 mirrors.

Cake Cutting (Flat Rate):  Includes cake plates, utensils, cutting of the cake, serving of the cake, & additional sheet cakes put in back.  We strongly recommend this service.  If you choose not to take this service you are responsible for the cake cutters, servers, plates, forks, serving trays, and storage of additional cakes.
