DVL is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager and/or Chef for our Banquet Facility & Restaurant & Hotel. This person’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to the management of the entire food and beverage operation, inventory control, ordering, budgeting, training of Assistants, preparing the food for all Events, being present for events, etc. Assist in price setting, generate business, and achieving business goals. Oversee staff and ensure company rules and procedures are being followed. Work with our department managers to coordinate events and hotel activities. Food Manager’s Certificate a plus but not required.

Administrative Assistant / Event Coordinator
