Birthday Party Package

$19.50 + tax per Person

• Minimum of 8 People to book Party Package

Parties are 4 hours in length

• Fridays: 5 – 9 pm / 4 – 8 pm (Slides start at 5 pm)
• Saturdays: Noon – 4 pm / 1 pm – 5 pm
• Sundays: 11 am – 3 pm / Noon – 4 pm (Slides end at 3 pm

Party Package includes:

• Water Park Wristbands
• Reserved Party Space
• Tablecloth, Cups, & Forks
• Birthday Plates and Napkins
• Pitchers of Soda
  • Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mt. Dew, Starry, Orange, or Lemonade
• Homemade 12″ Thick Crust Pizzas
  • Cheese, Pepperoni, or Sausage
• Party Hat for Birthday Person
• Table Sign with Birthday Person’s Name

Group is able to bring a Cake/Cupcakes (no other Food or Beverage items allowed, thank you)

Important Information:

• Parties must have an Adult (21+) present at all time
• Everyone coming to the Party must have either a Water Park Day Pass, Birthday Party Pass, or Hotel Guest Pass to Enter the Water Park
  • We encourage everyone to get in the water and join the fun but those choosing to just watch still need a pass 
  • Children under two years old are free with a Parent Pass Purchase
• Additional Pizza & Pop available for purchase
• 42″ height requirement to use Tower Slides
• Birthday Party Waiver must be on file

Birthday Party Waiver:

• Waiver required for all Birthday Parties
  • Waivers can be printed and turned in when party starts
  • Waiver can be emailed to TheLodge@DeerValleyLodgeWI.com

Booking / Cancellation Information:

• To book a Party please call the Lodge (608-924-1600) and ask for Amber
• Parties can be booked up to 3 Months in Advance
• A Credit Card is required to hold a Party Date and Time (No Charges put on Credit Card to hold Party)
• Party can be cancelled any time prior to Final Count deadline with No Charge
  • Cancellation after the Final Count deadline will forfeit the $50 Deposit
• Final Count due for Party on Monday Prior by 3:00 PM
  • $50 Deposit put on Credit Card when Final Count is turned in or at 3:00 PM
  • $50 Deposit is Non-Refundable / Non-Transferable when Party is Cancelled after deadline
  • $50 Deposit is taken off Party Total when you arrive for Party

Ala Carte Party Package

• Purchase Water Park Day Passes
• Group grabs tables in the Water Park as available (no table cloth or reserved tables)
• Group can order food in the Rusty Nail Saloon if desired (no special birthday plates or napkins)
• Group is able to bring a Cake/Cupcakes (no other Food or Beverage items allowed, thank you
• Everyone coming to the Party must have either a Water Park Day Pass or Hotel Guest Pass to Enter the Water Park
  • We encourage everyone to get in the water and join the fun but those choosing to just watch still need a pass 
  • Children under two years old are free with a Parent Pass Purchase
